International Yoga Day 2023
elebrated by wonderful inhouse sessions by Ms. Sakshi Lele (Psychologist) and Ms. Shruti Bhilwadkar (Speech and Dance therapist).
Therapists do get stressed when they conduct sessions back to back.
Counselling parents, listening to them, relieving them from their anxiety and stress, relaxing them, assuring them etc.
But at the same time therapists are also doing the most stressful job as well.
They need relaxation and movement to burst the stress bubble everyday! Shruti did teach us all different poses and movements in the form of dance and breathing exercises. Sakshi used breathing exercises for progressive relaxation.
Both inhouse powerhouse Techniques helped us to rejuvenate and get back for the rest of the day with a big smile on our face !
